Training Course Overview
Modern employees face increasing psychological pressure from workload, role conflict, digital overload, and work-life imbalance. Unmanaged stress often leads to burnout, reduced performance, absenteeism, and mental health issues.

Mind Matters at Work is a two-day experiential training programme that equips employees with practical skills to manage stress, prevent burnout, and build emotional resilience. Participants learn to understand workplace stressors, regulate emotions, practise healthy coping strategies, and strengthen mental agility through mindfulness and resilience frameworks. The programme blends theory with reflection and real workplace application, enabling participants to remain productive while safeguarding their mental well-being. The training concludes with a personal action plan to ensure sustainable behavioural change and long-term workplace well-being. The training also supports Malaysia’s workforce transformation agenda by strengthening employees’ emotional, psychological, and behavioural competencies. By integrating stress management, burnout prevention, and resilience development into practical workplace skills, the programme enhances both individual well-being and organisational performance, ensuring sustainable, healthy, and productive workplaces.
The training emphasizes self-awareness, emotional regulation, healthy coping strategies, and resilience building, enabling participants to remain productive while protecting their mental well-being.
